Hi, I’m Tabitha!

I was born and raised in Tennessee and now call Nashville home. I’ve always found joy in the simple things: slow mornings with a good cup of coffee, quiet time with Jesus, cozy spaces, and gathering around good food with the people I love.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, thrifting for hidden treasures, or finding little ways to make everyday spaces feel warm and welcoming. Creating has always been part of who I am, and that’s especially true when it comes to cooking and baking.

I’m passionate about developing gluten-free recipes that are both delicious and approachable. While I don’t have celiac disease, gluten doesn’t agree with my body, so I’ve spent years learning how to make food that supports my health without sacrificing flavor. I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate food sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and my hope is to make that journey feel a little easier, more encouraging, and more enjoyable.

Many of my favorite recipes begin as simple ideas in my imagination and slowly come to life in the kitchen. Here, I’ll be sharing wholesome recipes, kitchen inspiration, and a little Tennessee hospitality along the way.
